The Draeken returns

here is the second part of the Draeken! I have included the first part to recap what happened so far. will the Draeken stop being lonely?

What the Draeken feels

The Draeken is a monster,
A beast of some kind.
The Draeken is a horror,
He’ll mess with your mind.

The Draeken hears laughter,
Cackling forever.
He is plotting more plans,
For he is very clever.

The Draeken sees darkness,
A pit of empty.
He is very powerful,
And he wishes for plenty.

The Draeken feels lonely,
No-one there to care,
Cause no-one dares to enter,
His intimidating lair.

The Draeken feels lonely,
No-one there to care,
Cause no-one dares to enter,
His intimidating lair.

Breakfast and lunch were solo,
No-one there for dinner,
Could he find a monstrous friend?
His hopes were getting thinner.

He heard movement outside,
Hope sprang in his mind.
A gross, green grumbling beast?
Yes, that was his kind!

She slobbered, and dripped,
Grunted and burped,
And when she ate,
She scoffed and slurped.

Was this company?
The Draeken was confused.
Was this normal?
The Draeken was bemused.

Then outside another noise
And in came a boy,
Innocent and curious,
With a funny toy.

Will you be my friend?
Asked the boy boldly.
“No!”
Growled the monster coldly.

The beast and the boy both left,
Feeling angry and sad,
What a frightful day,
They had all had.

By himself once again,
The Draeken grinned.
Whilst inside of him,
His spirit dimmed.
